  • STRENGTH - Downstairs, increase your lean muscle mass and flexibility with our HiiT, barre, and weight-based classes.

  • Work with our staff to develop a training program that works for you. The scientifically-proven combination of cardio (CYCLE) and weight-training (STRENGTH) is guaranteed to push you past your limits in record time.

  • After station nine, your 30-minute full-body workout is over

  • Expect to have fun, work hard, make friends and have the best workout of your life
