I like to listen to my playlist one last time and do a walk-through of the room to make sure everything looks right, and I always eat a mint…or two.

It’s a good mix I love rolling hills and a track or two of true sprints. Always have upbeat music to get riders through!

The mother hen, I’m very organized and love to plan things. Big family person, I enjoy being around my people.

I recharge by reading, relaxing by the pool or beach, and going to see a movie!
